Deputies serving a search warrant in the 9800 block of Mission Boulevard in Jurupa Valley netted four adults after crystal meth and drug paraphernalia was discovered, authorities reported today.
Officers with the Jurupa Valley Special Enforcement Team served the warrant on Wednesday Oct. 17 at 6:40 p.m., in regards to a narcotics investigation. Two men and two women were detained and arrested at the time of service, Sgt. Andrew Elia stated in a sheriff’s report.
The four were later booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center.
They have been identified as:
- Gisella Olivos, a 51-year-old resident of Jurupa Valley, for possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug residence, possession of drug paraphernalia, committing a felony while out on bail, and under the influence of a controlled substance.
- Debra Loth, a 51-year-old resident of Jurupa Valley, for a felony drug warrant, violation of probation, and under the influence of a controlled substance.
- Perry Neims, a 57-year-old resident of Jurupa Valley, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, committing a felony while out on bail, and under the influence of a controlled substance.
- Benjamin Ceja, a 40-year-old resident of Jurupa Valley, for under the influence of a controlled substance and for an outstanding misdemeanor drug warrant.
