Fans of the 50s and 60s sounds — an era of music that never gets old — will not want to miss “Sock Hops & Soda Shoppes” planned for 3 p.m. on Oct. 28 at Old Town Temecula Community Theater.
Presented by West Coast Performing Arts and Cruisin’ Oldies Concerts, the performance will star classic girl group The Wonderelles.
The nostalgic musical revue will feature all the favorites of the era, including “Johnny Angel,” “My Boyfriend’s Back,” “Lollipop,” and “It’s My Party.”
The Wonderelles will also highlight some of the great male hits from Elvis, Little Richard and Bill Haley and His Comets.
Tickets are $40 for general adults, $38 for seniors and $20 for children, military or students. A 10 percent discount is available to groups of 10 or more.
