Is this Thomas Salisbury with one eyebrow half white? While in custody and handcuffed, this cop didnt give my girl her medicine when she was asking for it, then fell on the floor and paramedics had to take her to the hospital. I called him out on it and told him if she dies im taking him to court. He didnt like that much and came up to mi, fists balled up and was told to go to the back room. He was gonna hit me while handcuffed to the wall. If its the same Officer Salisbury with one eyebrow thats half white… Coward..!
