Motorcyclist killed in San Marcos crash

A motorcyclist was killed today in a collision with a pickup truck at a North County intersection.

The fatal accident at Center Drive and Nordahl Road in San Marcos was reported about 7:15 a.m., sheriff’s Lt. Kelly Martinez said.

The victim died at the scene, the lieutenant said.

His name was withheld pending family notification.

No other injuries were reported.
