For residents looking for friends of the four-legged variety, Animal Friends of the Valleys is celebrating November as Adopt-a-Senior-Pet Month.
“There are loving, healthy senior pets looking for that one special home to cherish them for the rest of their life. They don’t ask for much — just a warm place to sleep, good meals and plenty of love,” a released statement said.
Senior pets are animals that are five years and older.
Residents are invited to get acquainted with senior pets throughout the month of November at Animal Friends of the Valleys located at 33751 Mission Trail in Wildomar.
Senior pet adoption fees will be $25.
