Smoke from Mt. Palomar area visible to Temecula residents

The smoke some Temecula residents have reported drifting from Mt. Palomar is part of a prescribed burn, according to San Diego Cal Fire.

The fire is “under control” and is part of a scheduled, controlled burn in San Diego County, according to a Cal Fire official.
