San Jacinto police officers found the bodies of two men while conducting a welfare check at 7:42 p.m. on Nov. 9 in the 700 block of Multnomah Court in San Jacinto, officials said today.
According to a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department report, officers initially attempted to “make contact” with occupants inside the residence but received no response.
“A short while later, deputies gained entry to the location through a side garage door. While checking the interior of the residence, the bodies of two deceased males were located inside,” the report said.
The cause of death is unknown and no further details were released.
Detectives from the San Jacinto Police Department and investigators from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation.
