The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped 1.4 cents today to $3.824, its lowest amount since Aug. 3.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is 7.8 cents less than one week ago, 80.6 cents lower than one month ago and two-tenths of a cent below what it was one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
A 36-day streak of decreases ended Wednesday when the average price was unchanged.
