Officers began investigating reports of the sexual abuse on Monday Nov. 19 after receiving a call regarding the assault.

The victims, 14- and 15-year-old girls told investigators that they met the suspect near the intersection of John F. Kennedy Drive and Indian Street in Moreno Valley, a Riverside County Sheriff’s report stated.

Angel Ramirez, 29, allegedly invited the girls to his house located in the 11000 block of Steeplechase Drive, where the girls say the assault took place.

After investigating the claims, Ramirez was arrested at 2 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 20 on multiple counts of unlawful sex with a minor, Sgt. Nathan Kaas said.

Anyone with additional information regarding this investigation is urged to contact Investigator Lenton with the Moreno Valley Police Department’s Detective Bureau at 951-247-8700.

Something doesn’t make sense about this case. First off I’m not defending the actions of this pervert. But I wonder how does one man sexually assult two females? If I were one of those two girls and someone attacked my friend I would run for help immediatly before they had the chance to sexually attack me. Thats of couse if I wasn’t tied up or locked in. Could it be these two girls originally been willing participants? And what type of person goes to a strangers home that you just met ?
