A Riverside man was killed in predawn rollover crash in Woodcrest today.
The motorist was identified as Jason Chamberlin, 41. Reports from the Riverside County fire department and the coroner said his pickup truck hit a stop sign and rolled at the intersection of Van Buren Boulevard and Whispering Spur Street.
No estimate of the pickup truck’s speed was given. Chamberlin was apparently not wearing seat belts but was not ejected from the vehicle, the coroner’s office reported.
Chamberlin died at the wreck less than half an hour it occurred.
