Country music legend Willie Nelson will perform at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino on March 1, it was announced Monday.

Nelson has made a series of concert appearances in the Coachella Valley in recent years.

He performed at the McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert in January 2011, at Fantasy Springs in 2009 and at the Stagecoach Country Music Festival in 2007.
Nelson, whose career has spanned 60 years and more than 200 albums, this month released an autbiography titled “Roll Me Up And Smoke Me When I Die: Musings From The Road.”
