Inland gas prices see biggest dip since July

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped today to its lowest amount since July 23, decreasing 1.2 cents to $3.759.

The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is 2.8 centsless than one week ago and 41.5 cents lower than one month ago, but 4.1 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price has decreased 47 of the past 51 days, dropping 92.9 cents over that span, including a half-cent on Tuesday.
