Five people arrested after sheriff’s investigators served search warrants at two apartments in San Jacinto were facing a variety of drug-related and other criminal charges today.
The arrests were made around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 27, when Riverside County sheriff’s investigators executed the warrants in the 600 block of De Anza Drive, said sheriff’s Sgt. Joey Nardone.
According to Nardone, the suspects, all of whom are from San Jacinto, are:
- Ismael Santillan, 27 years old of San Jacinto was arrested for possession of a firearm, sales of marijuana, possession of hashish, possession of hypodermic syringes and gang membership.
- Jose Santillan, 28 years old of San Jacinto was arrested for for possession of methamphetamine, x-con in possession of ammunition and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Manuel Cazessus, 23 years old of San Jacinto was arrested for being a parolee-at-large, ex-felon in possession of a stolen gun and gang membershipp.
- Nicolas Lewis, 21 years old of San Jacinto was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
- Ashley Carmichael, 22 years old of San Jacinto was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
All suspects were booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility.
