A Moreno Valley man has been identified as a suspect in an attempted kidnapping/child annoyance incident that occurred on Oct. 31 near Moreno Valley High School, it was announced.

Myron Brown, 24, was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 27, in connection with the incident, as well as a parole violation, according to a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department report.
Brown is also suspected in a similar child annoyance case that took place on Nov. 13 near Vista Del Lago High School, officials said.
Additional charges will be filed with the District Attorney’s Office against Brown for his involvement in the second incident.
The Moreno Valley Police Department is asking anyone with information on these incidents to contact the Detective Bureau at 951-486-6700.
