The first Chargers Style Lounge, a pop-up retail boutique featuring female-oriented apparel, will be open Sunday inside Gate L of Qualcomm Stadium from 10 a.m. until one hour after the conclusion of the game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Merchandise for sale will include the new Chargers Women’s Nike Fan Gear, clothing from Touch by Alyssa Milano and luxury Italian handbags from Moda by Angelo Anastasio, the team announced.
The lounge, part of the NFL Women’s Apparel Fit for You initiative, also will feature music, complimentary Chargers-themed manicures, a photo booth and professional stylist.
For men, the lounge will have a New Era football cap fitting station, with New Era technicians to fit them properly.
The lounge is one of a series that will travel to NFL cities, part of the league’s increased emphasis on catering to passionate women, which was recently highlighted by the NFL Women’s Apparel advertising campaign titled “It’s My Team.”
The campaign includes advertisements featuring former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and tennis star Serena Williams and encourages fans to show team support in their everyday lives, whether at work, out to dinner or at the game, through fashion and personal style.
