MSJC: Slide into spirit of the season at upcoming Trombone Choir concert

The performance is planned for 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13 in the San Jacinto Campus Theater, located at 1499 N. State St. in San Jacinto.

Musical selections include “A Most Wonderful Christmas,” a medley of familiar songs, Leroy Anderson’s “Sleigh Ride,” “Star of Wonder” featuring traditional carols, and “Stars and Stripes for Christmas” which combines Christmas songs with John Philip Sousa’s famous march.

The Trombone Choir will present Aaron Copland’s “Fanfare for the Common Man,” several Christmas songs, a piece arranged by Hemet trombonist Jeff Tower and the Choir’s “Kenton Theme.”

Ticket prices are $6 general admission, $5 seniors, $4 with an ASB card and free for guests under 18.
