Deputies arrived just before 11 p.m. on Monday Dec. 10 to the gas station located in the 19200 block of Harvill Avenue regarding an armed robbery.

The employee told deputies two African-American men barged into the store and demanded cash. One of the men was wielding an AR-15-type assault rifle, Sgt Doug Payne wrote in a Riverside County Sheriff’s press release.

After the employee handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspects ran out of the store and jumped into a waiting car, being driven by a third suspect.

“The vehicle was described as an older model four-door silver Buick,” Sgt. Payne said.

The three suspects were last seen driving eastbound on Cajalco Road towards I-215.

The suspects were described as black male adults in their early 20′s.

Anyone with additional details regarding this crime is urged to contact the Perris Station at 951-776-1099.
