Perris: Two car crash leaves one injured

One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Perris today, a county fire department spokeswoman said.

The crash was reported at 2:35 p.m. on the Ramona Expressway at North Perris Boulevard.

One person suffered moderate injuries and was transported to a local hospital, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.

No other injuries were reported and the cause was under investigation.
