Disneyland will hold its second annual celebration of Three Kings Day today though Sunday at Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree in Frontierland, with entertainment showcasing Western and Mexican heritage, activities for children and food.

Entertainment will include folklorico dancing and Mariachi musical performances by various groups, including the Grammy-winning Mariachi Divas, who are scheduled to perform at 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:45 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. during each of the three days of the celebration.
Other scheduled performances include the youth Mariachi group Mariachi Tesoro de San Fernando at 12:30 p.m. today; the ballet Folklorico group the Paramount Dance Company at 2 p.m. today; the Garey High School Latin Jazz Ensemble at 10 a.m. Saturday; the Ballet Folklorico Mixteco East Los Angeles at 2 p.m. Sunday and the Ballet Folklorico de Riverside at 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
Craft activities for children will include face painting, crown making and coloring. The Rancho del Zocalo restaurant will feature several seasonal specials, including sweet corn tamales with pineapple and cajeta.
Disney characters will be dressed in festive, colorful costumes and pose for pictures with guests.
The activities will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. all three days.
Three Kings Day, also known as Dia de los Reyes Magos and Epiphany, falls on Jan. 6.
The Three Kings Day celebration is the first of the short-term “Limited Time Magic” events that will be held each week of 2013 at Disneyland.
The second will be the return of the Golden Horseshoe Revue every Thursday through Monday from Thursday to Feb. 4. The show was presented at Frontierland’s Golden Horseshoe Saloon from the park’s opening on July 17, 1955 to Oct. 12, 1986.
