In commemoration there will be a fireworks display, live entertainment and drink and appetizer specials on Jan. 12 at Snow Summit. Also in celebration of their anniversary, Snow Summit is offering special online weekday ticket prices for the week prior to the anniversary.
“Snow Summit has a rich history and we are excited to celebrate where we have been and where we are going,” said Chris Riddle, Vice President of Marketing for Big Bear Mountain Resorts in a released statement. “After 60 years we are still passionate about what we do every day, and this anniversary weekend is to thank everyone who has made Snow Summit what it is today.”
The celebration kicks off with a live band from 1 to 5 p.m on Jan. 12 at Snow Summit’s all-new Slope Side Pub. The fireworks show will follow at 7 p.m.
Both the Slope Side Pub and Summit Inn will offer half price on all beverages and appetizers from 5 p.m. until closing.
This weekend will also host a Junior Olympics Qualifier, an event that Snow Summit has historically hosted in years past.
Snow Summit is also offering an online lift ticket special where guests can purchase two lift tickets for $60 online through Jan. 10 for use from Jan. 7-13.
