CSUSM: Information session planned for accelerated bachelor’s program

Students are invited to learn more about the Accelerated Bachelor of Science Program from 2 to 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 11 at California State University San Marcos, Markstein Hall 102, it was recently announced.

The free event offers individuals who are trained in nursing the opportunity to apply for a fast-paced, 24-month program designed for students who hold a degree in a discipline outside of Nursing and who have not completed any LVN or RN coursework.

Upon completion of the program, students will be awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University San Marcos.

All applications received now will be considered for admission.

Completion of the degree program enables individuals to sit for the NCLEX examination for RN licensure.

California State University San Marcos is located at 333 South Twin Oaks Valley Road in San Marcos.
