Sheriff’s deputies sought the public’s help today in finding whoever spray-painted gang symbols in a vacant home in La Quinta.
The vandalism in the 46400 block of Roudel Lane was reported about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, sheriff’s Sgt. Juan Zamora said.
It included “symbols, words and other gang indicia,” he said, adding that painting over it would cost thousands of dollars.
Anyone with more information as to the names or whereabouts of the culprits was asked to call the sheriff’s department at 760- 863-8990, or Coachella Valley Crime Stoppers at 760-341-7867.
