A gunman shot and wounded two party-goers in Moreno Valley early today and remained at large, a sheriff’s sergeant said.
Deputies received a 2:15 a.m. call of shots fired in the 26000 block of Emerald Avenue and found a large party at the location, Riverside County sheriff’s Sgt. Bill Guimont said.
Two people were found with what Guimont described as non-life threatening injuries and were taken to Riverside County Regional Medical Center for treatment.
There was no description given of the suspect, Guimont said.
