The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire rose nine-tenths of a cent today to $3.699, one day after being unchanged.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is 4.8 cents more than one week ago and 13 cents higher than one month ago but 1.4 cents less than one year ago.
The average price has risen 20 times in the 23 days, increasing 15.5 cents over that span, after falling to its lowest amount in exactly one year, $3.544, on Dec. 27.
