The church is located at 1966 Maryann Way, on the corner of Jamacha Road and about one mile north of Campo Road.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze and no one was injured, Blanton said.

Personnel from the sheriff’s Arson Unit were called to investigate, Blanton said.

They remained there investigating at midmorning, a sheriff’s official said.

No damage estimate was available. Church officials said today’s services would be moved into a garage.
