A motorist suffered serious injuries after losing control of his Ford Mustang and crashing last night in Perris, it was reported.
Riverside resident Christopher Guiterrez, 23, was traveling at a high rate of speed westbound on Harley Knox Rd. at about 8:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30 when he lost control of his vehicle, officials said.
Guiterrez crossed into the eastbound lane and rammed into a Dodge truck, according to a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department report.
“The driver of the Mustang sustained serious injury and was transported to an area regional hospital. The driver and passenger of the Dodge truck were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries,”said Sgt. Danny Lingo in the report.
