According to a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department report, officers responded to a report of an attempted kidnapping of a 10-year-old girl that took place at around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30 in the area of Nectarine St. and Rolando Rd.

Officials said the girl was walking home from school when a light blue, four-door sedan began following her.

The car pulled alongside her and an Hispanic male jumped front out of the car, grabbed her arm and demanded that she get in the vehicle, the report noted.

“At that time another vehicle drove by the suspect and victim, at which point the suspect got back into the vehicle and drove away from the area last seen heading east on Nectarine Street,” said Lt. Daniel Anne in the report.

The girl ran home and told her parents of the incident.

The suspect was described as a thin Hispanic male adult in his 20s with no facial hair. He wore a T-shirt and blue jeans.

An investigation is underway.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Investigator Cornett at 951-245-3300 or after hours and on weekends at 951-776-1099.

Doesn’t mean he isn’t either . I’m just tired of the crime . Check the stats . Heck for that matter just watch Bait Car or Dumbest Criminals . An overwhelming majority of crime in the US is committed by the so called minorities .
Wake up Kate ! Open your eyes , lest you become a victim .
