The white Ferrari was pulled over on Sunset Boulevard at Fairfax Avenue around 12:10 a.m., said a sergeant at the Los Angeles County sheriff’s West Hollywood Station.

A deputy stopped the car for having tinted windows after spotting it in West Hollywood, he said.

Neither the driver nor a female passenger in the car had a valid driver’s license, but the car was not towed, the sergeant said.

A man arrived in an SUV, drove the Ferrari to a nearby gas station, parked it there, then drove the Ferrari driver and his passenger from the scene, according to a news photographer.

The same man returned to the gas station around 1:30 a.m. and drove the Ferrari away, the photographer reported.
