The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire rose to its highest amount since Nov. 1 today, increasing 3.2 cents to $4.056.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has increased 12 of the last 13 days, rising 35.6 cents over that span, including 3 cents on Wednesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 25.1 cents more than one week ago, 42.8 cents higher than one month ago and 28.3 cents greater than one year ago.
The increasing prices are the result of high oil prices, Middle East tension, maintenance at refineries that reduces supplies and investors shifting their money into the gasoline market “earlier and earlier,” according to Jeffrey Spring of the Automobile Club of Southern California.

$4.15 in Hemet and never a story on how chevron shows record profits and they still want more, greed……Plus they charge us more for gas and obama takes credit for the economy doing better. Less people working and paying all the bills can last.
