I hope that piece of crap is dead. Livin in my neighborhood ,,,a parolee ,,, I don’t think so.
Temecula police are corrupt as any other police force. Why did they arrest the innocent bystander who was video taping the whole incident? From all my info, he heard the shots, stopped what he was doing, and started recording. Then the officer turned and saw him, walked over and asked him if he was recording. When the person said no, the officer asked to have his phone. He said no, he couldnt have it. The officer got mad and put him in cuffs & took him in to the station. Why? What did he do wrong? Was the officer trying to cover his own a_ _ ? Does the officer feel maybe he did something wrong in the shooting? I wonder? You guys decide….
Why is the writer edit the article to remove the arrest of a person the was recording the incident????
The real news here would be that someone who heard shots and began video recording the perp being shot in the back was then ARRESTED by one of the cops — VIDEOTAPING COPS IS NOT ILLEGAL! THIS HAS BEEN DECIDED OVER AND OVER BY COURTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY!
Did my comment enter the Twilight Zone?
Get your facts right. The video taper was not arrested. He was brought down to the station to give the cops a copy of the video because he did not want his phone taken for two days. He went willingly, then came back and was allowed to keep the video. Don’t jump to conclusions! I know him personally.
