One person died and another was injured Monday night in a residential structure fire in Wildomar, it was learned.
According to Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson, the incident was first reported at 10:42 p.m. in the 19900 block of Grand Avenue in Wildomar.
A trailer, mobile home and shed burned, according to the report.
The fire in the 19900 block of Grand Avenue was reported at 10:42 p.m. Monday, said Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson.
“There is one confirmed fatality, unknown gender and age, and one minor burn injury,” Hendrickson said.
A total of seven engines and 23 firefighters responded to the scene.
The estimated loss of the trailer, mobile home and shed was $40,000.
The cause of the fire was under under investigation.
