It might get a little noisier around Coronado over the next three weeks because of pilot training, the Navy announced today.

Air crews will be undergoing training for their aircraft carrier qualifications, so more F-18 Hornets, EA-18 Growlers and EA-6 Prowlers will be flying into and out of Naval Air Station North Island, the Navy said.

The Navy said it would try to limit noise when possible.

Noise complaints can be made to 619-545-8233, or online at cnic.navy.mil/Coronado.
