Beaumont residents are invited come out and enjoy great food at Applebee’s while their favorite police officers and firefighters volunteer to wait tables in order to raise money for charity.
The event is planned from 5 to 8 p.m. on Feb. 28 at the Beaumont Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar, located at 1585 E. 6th Street.
During the evening, Beaumont officers and firefighters will work with Applebee’s staff to serve customers their food and drinks.
All tips given to the city’s “Boys in Blue” will be donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) to help in the fight against neuromuscular diseases.
Additional donations are also welcome.
