There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in tonight’s drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery and the estimated jackpot for Tuesday’s drawing will grow to $13 million.
One ticket sold in New York had five numbers, but didn’t have the Mega number and are each worth $250,000, a California Lottery official announced.
The numbers in tonight’s multi-state Mega Millions draw are 9, 13, 24, 38, 49 and the Mega number is 30.
The drawing was the first since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.
The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number is 1 in 175,711,536, according to the Mega Millions website.
The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 40.
The Mega Millions game is played in 42 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
