A burglary suspect arrested near pop singer Rihanna’s Pacific Palisades home was in custody today, police said.
Police arrested the suspect after being called around 9 p.m., Thursday Feb. 21 to the 900 block of Rivas Canyon Road, where the “Diamonds (In the Sky)” singer has a home, said a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s West Los Angeles Station.
Police had a man in handcuffs as officers searched the garage of a house next door to Rihanna’s, a news photographer reported from the scene.
It was not immediately clear if the suspect was targeting Rihanna’s residence or another in the area, the officer said.
