A new restaurant is set to serve Temecula — My Big Fat Greek Restaurant Temecula is wrapping up construction and conducting a job fair to ready itself for a mid-March 2013 soft opening.

A grand opening ribbon cutting event will follow at 11:30 a.m. on May 17, to include half-priced drinks until 6 p.m. when live music and dinner will be offered.
A portion of the proceeds from the grand opening celebration will benefit Jacob’s House, Boys’ & Girls’ Club of Southwest County and the Greek America Foundation.
To get a jump on tasting some of the restaurant’s authentic Greek cuisine, My Big Fat Greek Restaurant has joined forces with Keyways Vineyard & Winery to participate in the World of Wine celebration March 2-3.

The World of Wine event gives local winegrowers the chance to present new barrels of Spring 2013 wines.
“We welcome opportunities to pair our wine with excellent cuisine such as that of My Big Fat Greek Restaurant Temecula that we welcome wholeheartedly to our community,” Keyways General Manager Joe Dilullo said in a released statement.
My Big Fat Greek Restaurant Temecula executive chef, Bryan Sadler will join the restaurant’s Vice President of Marketing Milena Rimassa at Keyways to present pairings of Chef Sadler’s selection with Keyways new barrel and other wines including Valley Cuvee du Nord, Movedra and Roussanne, the statement said.
My Big Fat Greek Restaurant Temecula will also participate in the 47th Annual Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce Annual Gala as one of the event sponsors on March 3 at Pechanga Resort & Casino.

My Big Fat Greek Restaurant Temecula was developed by Beverly Hills-based Bear Industries, headed by CEO and founder Reeve BenAron who is also developing other hospitality-based business in the Inland Empire, North San Diego and Orange counties.
Among live music and other community events, My Big Fat Greek Restaurant provides corporate catering services and is the only Temecula restaurant to offer an iPhone and Android app to facilitate take out and catering orders.
