The Food & Wine Festival Palm Desert is pleased to announce that Chef Martin Yan of PBS Yan Can Cook fame will headline the festival participating in cooking demonstrations and tastings along with James Beard Award winners Bradley Ogden, Luciano Pellegrini, and nominee Sarah Moulton.

The Food & Wine Festival in Palm Desert is a three-day event that kicks off Friday, March 22 and runs through Sunday March 24.
In addition to celebrity chefs, the festival will showcase some of the best culinary talents in the nation.
The event opens with a gourmet luncheon followed by two days of “Grand Tasting” events and high-end educational wine seminars lead by wine and spirits expert Michael Green.
The Food & Wine Festival Palm Desert is uniquely educational in focus and benefits the Friends of the James Beard Foundation, The Culinary Institute of America’s Endowed Scholarship Fund, and Les Dames d’Escoffier.
Schedule: Friday 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Saturday 11 p.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
