Among those arrested was 19-year-old Javier Estrada, who was charged with  vandalism, conspiracy to commit vandalism, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His bail is set at $5,000, according to Sgt. Andrew Elia.

The other boys were released from the police department and back to their families, Elia said.

The investigation into this incident is still ongoing. Anyone with additional information is asked to contact the  Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station by calling 951-955-2600.
