ORIGINAL: A magnitude-5.2 quake struck at about 9:55 a.m. Monday morning about 12 miles east of Anza, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
SWRNN readers have reported the shaker in southeast Temecula, Corona, Lake Elsinore and San Jacinto.
A second quake followed at 9:58 a.m. about 12 miles southwest of La Quinta.
That quake registered at a magnitude-3.0.
