Three registered sex offenders — two from San Jacinto and one from Homeland — have been arrested after violating the terms of their parole, officials said.
According to a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department report, San Jacinto residents Pradith Phasouvor, 65, and Daniel Baird, 72, were taken into custody on March 8 after investigators from the San Jacinto Police Department and the Hemet Station conducted compliance checks on registered sex offenders at their listed addresses.
Homeland resident Eddlee Swartz, 28, was also arrested for parole violations.
“This collaborative effort targeted registered sex offenders in the city of San Jacinto and the unincorporated areas of Hemet to ensure they are living at their addresses of record, in compliance with Megan’s Law. In addition, those offenders on probation or parole were checked to ensure they were in compliance with the terms of their release,” said Sgt. W. Clear.
