The victim reported around 10:45 p.m., Tuesday March 12, that he had been held inside the house at 4200 Miraleste Drive since about 8 p.m., said a lieutenant at the Los Angeles County sheriff’s Lomita Station.

Two men knocked on the door and forced their way into the home, a sheriff’s investigator told a news photographer at the scene.

It was not immediately clear if they were armed or what they took from the home.
