A 70-year-old man who suffers from seizures and memory loss was missing today in San Fernando, and police sought the public’s help to locate him.

Joe Flores Duran was last seen around 2 p.m. Friday at his home in the 1900 block of Second Street, according to the San Fernando Police Department.
Duran’s wife and daughter reported him missing today, and the two told police he has an alcohol dependency problem and likes to walk to local convenience stores to buy and drink beer.
Duran has injured himself in the past after becoming too intoxicated to care for himself, police said.
The missing man is Hispanic, 5 feet-6 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds.
He has brown eyes and gray hair that is balding. Duran was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, beige pants and a navy blue jacket.
