San Jacinto: Police seek suspect who allegedly robbed man at gunpoint

San Jacinto police are on the hunt for a man who allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint, according to a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department report.

Officers responded to the robbery call at about 3:14 p.m. on Sunday, March 17 in the 1700 block of South Santa Fe Ave in San Jacinto.

“The investigation revealed that a white male adult approached the victim, pointed a handgun at him and took a computer bag he was carrying,” said Sgt. Rose McKinney in the report.

The suspect — described as about 24-years-old, 6-foot-2, 210 pounds and wearing a dark shirt and pants — fled the scene in a white Suburban.

The victim did not sustain any injuries during the incident, McKinney said.
