The Temecula Wellness Center opened its doors on Saturday, March 16 to the Temecula Chamber of Commerce and several hundred local residents interested in learning more about the center’s unique solution for optimal health and wellness.

Owner Dr. Terry Rondberg and director Ruth Kincaid were on site at the grand opening to demonstrate the Wellness Circuit and answer questions.
“We believe that everyone deserves a long and healthy life,” said Rondberg. “The world we live in is counter-productive to that goal, so we designed an intelligent solution which we call The Wellness Circuit.”
A popular speaker at wellness conferences, Rondberg attributes his wealth of knowledge to 40 years working as a chiropractor (although no longer in the profession), 37 years as a yoga practitioner and his lifelong pursuit of education in Integrative and Energy Medicine.
Rondberg’s approach is based on the science that the body is designed to heal itself when optimal energy flow is achieved.
“The Wellness Circuit eliminates any interference to the flow of energy in the body, creating an environment in which disease cannot thrive,” said Rondberg. “The four stations – Preparation, Correction, Restoration and Hydration — take less than 20 minutes to complete and will leave the client in an optimal state wherein the body’s natural self-healing can occur.”
The Wellness Circuit is something that needs to be experienced to be understood, so Rondberg and Kincaid welcome the opportunity to demonstrate the system to anyone who is interested, with no obligation or commitment.
“We know this science is foreign to most people, so we encourage people to try it out before deciding if it is right for their needs,” said Kincaid. “The process begins with a confidential online wellness evaluation which can be completed prior to or during the introductory appointment. We then move on to demonstrate the circuit and include a free one-week trial membership so the individual can begin to experience transformation right away.”
As Rondberg believes in a comprehensive approach to wellness, he will be offering free workshops – Wellness, Nutrition, Meditation, Juicing, Spirituality and more – on a regular basis for all members.
“If healthy people can live a more optimal life and ill people can achieve wellness, then we have fulfilled our mission,” said Rondberg. “We are so honored for the opportunity to help people become as healthy and physically fit as possible.”
