The California Center for the Arts, Escondido is set to kick off the spring season with a performance of the Fauré Requiem by The Center Chorale, the Center’s 47-voice adult ensemble.

Performing with them will be the Palomar Chorale and Chamber Singers and the MiraCosta College Masterworks Chorale at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 24 in the Concert Hall.
A second concert is planned for 7:30 p.m. on March 22 at the MiraCosta College Concert Hall, located at 1 Barnard Drive in Oceanside.
These concerts will include the Fauré Requiem performed by all the chorales and ensembles, as well as several spring selections from each choir.
The Fauré Requiem will feature the Festival Orchestra with Branden Muresan, concertmaster and soloists, Katie Walders, soprano and John Polhamus, bass.
The concerts will be directed by Dr. Joe Stanford.
California Center for the Arts, Escondido is located at 340 N. Escondido Blvd. in Escondido.
Ticket prices are $5-25 for Adults, $5-20 for Students (ID required), $5-20 for Seniors 60+, $5-20 for Military and free for children 12 and under.
