Brisas de Paz at 65921 Flora Ave. contains 62 units and includes a swimming pool and all the amenities expected at a market-rate building, Lisa Olson of the housing coalition said.

Rent will range from $311 to $716 per month, according to Olson, who said the building has one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

The building was financed through the housing coalition by Bonneville Mortgage Co., California Tax Credit Allocation Committee, the city of Desert Hot Springs, Riverside County Economic Development Agency, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco’s Affordable Housing Program, National Equity Fund, Rural LISC, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development and Wells Fargo.
