Find out who the stars of the Temecula Valley are during the “Stars of the Valley 2010″ charity event at Wilson Creek Winery, Jan. 30.
The gala, which begins at 5:30 p.m., will celebrate local community members who demonstrate qualities such as best leader, funniest comedian, finest golfer, most environmentally conscious, favorite doctor, as well as 15 additional categories.
Among this year’s nominees are Temecula Mayor Maryann Edwards (“Mrs. Temecula” category), local real estate agent John Harkey (“finest golfer”) and local doctor Leticia Du (“favorite doctor”).
This glamour event will feature flashing lights as nominees and audience members walk the red carpet in their gowns and tuxes prior to the awards presentations.
All proceeds from the event benefit Charity for Charity, a Temecula-based non-profit organization that raises funds to fulfill the wishes of local residents with special medical, financial and other needs.
