The Perris City government should stop allowing other jurisdictions from dumping their sex offenders and ex-cons on Perris, which is the reason Perris has a dispropportiante share of sex offenders. It strains our law enforcement’s ability to respond to police calls. Whenever I call Capt McElvain’s dispatch to report a graffiti artist work in progress or someone smoking crack cocaine in the open field near my home, they always tell me they have more pressing matters to repsond to and will have someone out there in an hour or two. I am a Perris resident and voter and YES I LIVE WITH FEAR ANGER AND HELPLESSNESS IN PERRIS.
