Ladder on I-15 in Lake Elsinore causes multi-vehicle crash

At least one person was hurt today in a multi-vehicle crash caused by a ladder in the fast lane of the southbound 15 Freeway in Lake Elsinore, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash on the freeway near Lake Street was reported at 7:05 a.m., the CHP reported.
One of the vehicles reportedly hit the ladder in the fast lane, causing as many as two other vehicles to crash, according to the CHP.
At least one person was taken to a hospital in Riverside to be checked out, the CHP reported.
