A magnitude-4.1 earthquake struck about two miles north of Yorba Linda today.
The quake occurred at 1:31 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
It was followed by a magnitude-2.1 quake about three minutes later.
The quake was felt in parts of Los Angeles, where the city Fire Department went into Emergency Earthquake Mode, with fire crews at 106
neighborhood fire stations conducting area assessments to ensure there was no damage.
At least one SWRNN reader reported feeling the shaker in the city of Montclair.
There have been no reports of injuries or damages at this time.
